I wanted to let you know that leading up to my figure competitions I always train using Whey Up because a get a load of muscle-building protein without fat, sodium, lactose, or lots of sugar which I try to stay away from, especially leading up to a show.
Whey Up gives me a boost without bloating me and making me feel lethargic. I also don't crash later from so much sugar. Normally I put it in a 1/2 gallon of water and dilute it a bit so that it will last me and I drink the amount of water that I am supposed to for the day. It really helps me stay hydrated in that way. My favorite is grape because it tastes like purple Sweet Tarts...
